Ghost Pepper Jelly

Make your own ghost pepper jelly with this 5 ingredient recipe!

 

Ingredients:

5 cups sugar

2 red bell peppers finely chopped, stems and seeds removed

1-2 fresh Ghost Peppers finely chopped, stems and seeds removed

1 1/2 cups white vinegar

1 (6 oz) liquid pectin

 

 

 

Instructions:

Chop the red bell peppers and ghost peppers removing the stems and seeds. Combine the peppers, sugar, and vinegar. Boil over medium to high heat for 15 minutes. Stir to a full boil. Skim off the foam. Remove from heat, blend in pectin, and stir for 2 minutes. Pour into hot clean jars. Keep refrigerated.

Makes 4 (6 oz) jars.

            • CAUTION: USE GLOVES WHILE HANDLING GHOST PEPPERS TO AVOID CONTACT WITH SKIN.
