Buffalo Chicken Salad

A simple lunch or dinner idea with only four ingredients! It’s time to Get Your Hot On!

 

INGREDIENTS:

              • grilled or fried chicken breast, cubed
              • hot sauce to taste
              • greens or salad vegetables of your choice
              • dressing of your choice

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

On a large platter, combine your salad greens and other vegetables. In a separate bowl add your cubed chicken with a dash of hot sauce and mix together. Add your chicken to the top of your salad with the dressing of your choice!

CAUTION: USE GLOVES WHILE HANDLING GHOST PEPPERS TO AVOID CONTACT WITH SKIN.
